Scheduled Maintenance March 17th
Our Studio Helper Servers will be offline on Sunday Morning, March 17th, from 2 a.m. – 6 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time so we can continue to perform a major upgrade for our software. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

It seems that the maintenance has created problems for us. We are unable to get into our calendar and the students are out of alphabetical order. We are just back from Spring Break so we really need our Studio Helper working. Please let us know any information so we can let our teachers know. Thank you.

The recent upgrade is complete, however, there are a few glitches to work through. As a precautionary measure and to help you in you in continuing your work, please clear your cache and cookies, log off and then back on to see if your issue continues. This helps in clearing out history from the old SH so that the new SH will work correctly. If this doesn’t help please email the support desk with your issue. Please keep in mind that the programmers are working on current issues and all will be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience during this time.
