Updates in February 2011

Here is a list of the latest features and updates in Studio Helper. Thank you for using Studio Helper, and for your great feedback.

New Features:

• The Family Accounts Report now has an option to filter the report to show only “Active” students.
• Former teachers are no longer listed in the calendar list.
• Added Vietnam Dong currency symbol option.

Bug Fixes:

• Some studios were having trouble sending Event Reminders manually. This is now fixed.
• When logged in as a teacher, you can update attendance for multiple events with one click again
• Student Remote Registration Form now shows either state or province/pref field. Not both.
• Quickbooks export feature wasn’t working for all invoices. This is now fixed.
• Billing Statement text was sometimes overlapping the line items in PDF format. This is now fixed.
• When searching for payments and going to the second page of results, the results now keep the search properly.
• Students and parents will no longer see the question “Which family does this student belong to?” in their profile.
• The “Referred By” field in student profiles is now recording properly.
• The “Add Payment” page was showing the wrong due date for invoices. This is now fixed.
